Initial sessions typically last 1.5 hrs and follow ups around an hour. I am currently seeing clients at the serene Thrive Studio in Petersfield and in my calm home studio in Emsworth. Cost is £60 / session.

What can an energy healing session help with?

A healing session with Emily often leads to a state of deep relaxation where we are able to dive below our conscious mind and expand our awareness. From this place, we have the ability to make positive transformations in the ways that we think, feel and behave. In this state of flow, relaxation and peace, we turn our attention inward to find natural resources deep within that can meet us where we are offering support and healing.  Some common things that an energy healing session can provide positive benefits for include anxiety, stress, sleep problems, confidence, depression, health changes, habits, life transitions, pain (acute or chronic) and grief.

What happens in a session?

There are different types of energy healing and ways of practising. The session will be uniquely tailored to you and will begin by briefly discussing what you would like support with, how you are feeling in that moment and what you hope to feel after.  After this, Emily will work intuitively and may:

  • Lead you into a deeply relaxed state with music, breath & guided meditation

  • With your consent, place hands gently on various parts of your body

  • In some sessions we may use sound – voice or instruments - for additional energy movement

  • Gradually bring you out of the deep relaxation state

  • Help you to ground before closing our session together

  • Talking is usually limited at the end to let you enjoy your relaxed state

Helpful suggestions prior to your session:

  • Wear loose & comfortable clothes

  • Your session will not be as effective if you have taken any intoxicants including alcohol 24 hrs prior

  • Your session will not be as effective if you have caffeine in the 2 hours prior to your session start

  • Drink more water than you normally do in the 24 hours prior to your session start

  • If possible, do something that brings you relaxation & ease in the 1-2 hours prior to your session start (ex. nature walk, meditation, laying down, listening to relaxing music)

Other things to note:

  • Energy healing is not talking therapy, counselling or massage - it is an energy healing modality

  • Energy healing should never cause any harm or discomfort

  • You are fully in control when receiving energy healing – the practitioner is merely an open channel

  • Your session only helps as much as you are open to it

  • Energy healing is a complimentary practise and can be used in combination with any other support you may receive

  • Energy healing is not a replacement for medical or mental health treatment

  • As we keep talking limited at the end of our session, expect a follow up call or email in the 2-3 days after to check in
